I live in London with my wife, splitting time between London, New York, and Turkey as much as possible. When I'm not helping my wife get ready for our first child(!!!!), I'm working on my new podcast -- Settled Afar.

This is my chance to chat with people who have taken a leap and built a new life for themselves. After about 18 months consistently writing my blog, the Weekend Unwind, I turned my creative side toward audio. It's been a lesson in more ways than one, particularly dealing with the technical aspects of recording and producing clean audio. As of today, I have a small pipeline of episodes that I'm ready to distribute on iTunes and another dozen or so potential guests.

Take a listen to Settled Afar and let me know if you have suggestions for guests. Anyone who has taken a leap, pushed away from their "norm", and found a new home, however that might be defined.

As you might be able to tell from my Reading page, I love books and after reading Haruki Marukami's What I Talk About When I Talk About Running, I have started running a lot lately, trying to get out there at least five days a week. Please follow me on Goodreads or Strava if interested in either.
